Meet The Artist

I was born in the vibrant city of Seattle, Washington and moved to Boston at the end of high school. in 2007 I decided to see what Northern California could offer me. It was here that I concentrated on becoming my complete self. I can say with pride that I am a Black, bi-sexual neurodivergent woman in my 50s, navigating life with resilience and creativity.

As the daughter of a renowned artist, I grew up surrounded by the transformative power of art, though it wasn't until three years ago that I embraced my own artistic journey. As survivor of domestic violence and a proud single mother of three, I have learned firsthand that art can be a profound form of healing, capable of mending even the deepest wounds. My experiences have shaped my perspective and fueled my passion for creating, allowing me to express my emotions and share my story with others. I believe that art can be a sanctuary, a bridge for connection, and a catalyst for change, and I am dedicated to using my voice and my brush to inspire healing and empowerment in myself and those around me.
